This is my ball jointed doll sculpted in ZBrush for 3D printing. 
Use elastic cord or stretch yarn or elastic yarn for joining all parts of the doll. 
Inside the head there’s a crochet for joining head with other parts of body. 
You can use kneaded rubber for fixing eyes in the head. 
You can paint this doll with acrylic paint as you wish. 
This dog is a ball jointed doll, so it's flexible.
