My name is Maria.
I was born in the Far East, but at the moment I have to live in Portugal.
Even these hard life changes couldn’t stop me to continue my art life.
I used to be a photographer, illustrator, designed some brand books and events. Now I mostly prefer to work with 3D modeling, printing, make some jewelry and sewing leather accessories.
Since childhood it was much more interesting for me to create my own characters and toys. That’s why appearing 3D printer in my life changed everything and now I can develop my own characters, designs from my imagine to real objects.
I would like to start introducing my portfolio with my favourite work:
Howard was inspired by Howard Lovecraft’s Deep Ones.
Howard is a human-koi and appears with different skins.
Geesome is a shark-girl and Howard’s best friend. Her name means Geek and Awesome.
Maze is a mysterious girl.
It’s my ball jointed doll (BJD) project. I wanted to make a human flexible model and I did it.
I am always trying to find unusual, interesting materials for my arts, that’s why it is hard for me to find people who are ready to make experiments with materials. Unfortunately, I am not able to cast figurines and dolls by myself.
I always like to talk about my every work, character and it's personality, but I will do it in my BLOG section.
