Dalamar (Micelium)

Dalamar

A mold elf who embodies decay, silence, and all-pervading dust. Her aesthetic is porcelain gothic, monochrome minimalism, and graphic entropy.

Her skin is dazzlingly white, smooth, and matte, like ancient marble. Her eyes have deep black sclerae and swamp-green irises flecked with mold-yellow sparks. Her hair is coal-black with a cool sheen and, in certain light, a faint swampy tint. It is gathered into high, aggressive “horns,” similar to Kirt's hairstyle. A cluster of transparent butterflies with a cool green sheen, like glass ornaments, is frozen in her bangs. Crisp, symmetrical white makeup around her eyes emphasizes the blackness of her sclerae; her lower lashes are white, with a fine black line creating a “porcelain gaze.”
Her lips are completely painted to match her skin, making her mouth seem erased and emphasizing her absolute silence.

Her chief artifact is the scepter “Bone of Entropy,” an inky blue-black rod made of ancient bone, capable of turning metal to rust and flesh to gray ash with a single gesture. The “Heart of Silence” censer at her waist releases a heavy gray mist in which sounds die away and matter slowly decays.

Dalamar dwells in an ancient underground cathedral beneath the roots of the Black Tree of Knowledge, known as the “Crypt of Forgotten Echoes.” Its walls are covered in a velvet of white mold that absorbs every sound, creating an absolute, muffled silence.
Inside stands a throne of black obsidian, and the “Library of Dust” is kept there: vessels containing the ashes of great artifacts and fallen enemies from the past.

Dalamar was encountered in the “Dead City,” when Thalla and Lomie's magic struggled in vain against the ancient seals on the gates. She emerged from the shadows and, with a touch of her scepter, turned unbreakable granite into gray dust. Thalla then recognized her as the “Great Recycler,” and the triad became a perfect quartet.
In conversation, Kirt sarcastically remarks on her “dead horns.” Dalamar silently answers with a bottomless stare and a promise to make Kirt's hairstyle just as “dead.” Thalla sees her as “the silence in which I will grow,” while Lomie notes how space resists - until Dalamar turns it into yielding dust with her scepter, clearing obstacles for the team.
Dalamar's role is the digestive function of the fungal system: transforming obstacles into resources for the creation of Thalla's golden empire.
